Logistiek Coordinator – Yacht – Enschede

As a Logistic Coordinator your primary task is to coordinate the delivery performance to customers with involvement of 3rd party warehousing, 3rd party distribution (Direct Load, Standard network distribution and Parcel) and Customer Service / Sales on a daily basis. Contacts with customers to support Sales & Customer Service on operational issues will also be part of the task. The Coordinator will need to act delicately, balance between all the different parties involved and will jointly analyze on daily basis all delivery non conformances, provide root causes and apply corrective actions. Clear, frequent and knowledgeable communication with all parties involved is critical to develop a strong delivery performance to customers. Tasks and Responsibilities Delivery of operational performance on agreed targets (service, quality, EHS) by managing both: internal Logistic team and external logistics service providers. Daily conference calls with all 3rd parties and CS. Provide and review KPI’s daily and monitor performance and progress. Reviewing frequently the performance of all priority customers. Establish and maintain effective communication, working relationship with all parties. Coordination of logistics projects to maintain delivery performance. Evaluation of the corrective actions from 3rd parties and provision of overview. Application of common standards, processes and systems as defined by European Logistics.
